Hey guys, check out this gem I just picked up for free ! My neighbors are splitting up and were cleaning out the house so I was basically looting through all their stuff and I came across this bike. I don't know much about it other than its a early / mid 70's Schwinn Breeze. Its in really good shape for how old it is and it has a bike registration sticker that expired in 1975 on it. What do you all think ? Good find or scrap metal ?

It looks like it is in great shape for how old it is! The saddle and decals look pretty darn perfect!

The bike is pretty mint. The tires are even original and it still has the little nubs on them so I know it was hardly ever ridden.

Wow, that's really impressive! I'd think about replacing the tubes before riding it any real distance. I ride a late 70s-early 80s road bike every day to class but it is in such rough shape, I was a few miles from home one day when the original tubes gave up.

It's a solid bike that deserves a tune up. You could flip it for an easy $100-$200 to a college kid or a hipster looking for a fixed gear project.

Pffft... a guy can ride a "women's bike"... I've done it many times. And women, if they have long enough legs, can ride a men's bike.
